Fitness Five
This week the focus is yoga! Doing yoga helps with balance, posture, and flexibility. Remember before starting your workout make sure you stretch your body to avoid any pulls or strains. Try each of these work outs for two minutes.
1. Triangle Pose
2. Bridge Pose
3. Butterfly Pose
4. Cobra Pose with straight elbows
5. Tree Pose
