Each week on fitness five we will focus on a different part
of the body. This week our focus is on the legs. Remember before starting your
workout make sure you stretch your body to avoid any pulls or strains.
Try each of these work outs for two minutes.
1. High Knees
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Leg Lifts
*make sure you do both legs
4. Side Hops
5. Chair Squats
