Fitness Five


This week the foucs is on the abs. Remember before starting your workout make sure you stretch your body to avoid any pulls or strains. Try each of these work outs for two minutes.

1. Tuck Crunch 



2. Reverse Crunch



3.  Air Bike 



4. Twist
*Even though it states the exercise is for the ladies, fellas this one may be good for you too!
5. Side Plank
*Make sure you do both sides.
